Full Record
The Voidborn Mindslaver is a tall, unnaturally stretched creature with a crown of writhing tentacles extending from its skull. It controls the minds of other beings through direct flesh contact — its tentacles burrow into a victim's skin and establish dominion over their will.
A Mindslaver was discovered in the corrupted Temple of Kodiak in Spelloch, where it had taken control of the temple's defenses and was using voidborn spiders to fortify its position. Kane and Captain Reese's paladins fought the Mindslaver during their mission to retrieve a forbidden book from the temple. The creature represents the voidborn's capacity for infiltration — not just through force, but through subversion of mortal minds.
