Full Record
The Enders are half-human, half-horror creatures that dwell within the Valley of Mistfall, north of Highgard. They stand as tall as ogres with bodies that are horrifically wrong — a twisted fusion of human and something far older and more terrible. Their flesh is marked with blood-stained runes that glow faintly in the mist. Their teeth are sharp but recognizably human, which somehow makes them more disturbing than any beast's fangs.
Ancient prophecy states that the Enders will one day march south and bring about the end of the world. Whether this is metaphor or literal truth, the Dreaming Empire takes the threat seriously enough to maintain Highgard as a permanent garrison watching the mist.
A Grim Shadows unit encountered the Enders during a mission in Mistfall, discovering them guarding underground temples with sacrifice pits and portals to the Void and the Hells.
